The Ten Commandments..

#1 - 'You shall have no other gods before Me'Think About This:
#2 - 'You shall not make for yourself a carved image--any likeness of anything that is in heaven above, or that is in the earth beneath, or that is in the water under the earth.'
#3 - 'You shall not take the name of the LORD your God in vain.'
#4 - 'Remember the Sabbath day, to keep it holy.'
#5 - 'Honor your father and your mother.'
#6 - 'You shall not murder.'
#7 - 'You shall not commit adultery.'
#8 - 'You shall not steal.'
#9 - 'You shall not bear false witness against your neighbor.'
#10 - 'You shall not covet your neighbor's house; you shall not covet your neighbor's wife, nor his male servant, nor his female servant, nor his ox, nor his donkey, nor anything that is your neighbor's.'
Ever notice that if you break any of these 10 laws [Inc. 'Thou Shalt Not Kill']
It warrants the death penalty..
Ironic, huh?
Besides the fact that the first 4 laws are about giving Yahweh a cosmic blowjob..
And speak nothing of Morals, but only sheer unquestioning obedience to authority, under the punishment of death. [which he then outlines in his moral laws as wrong..?]
Sometimes i wonder why i even bother pointing out the blatant stupidity riddled in this book, but then i remember the ~2,100,000,000 - who condition their lives & actions on these laws as a baseline for moral judgement.
